Hello Everyone,
It’s incredible how each year is totally unto itself. So far, 2021 seems to be showing a slow return to our more normal lifestyles.
My trigger to start the maintenance renewals is the Witch Hazel plant in my back yard. The buds are starting to swell and they’re showing the first signs of their yellow flowers. That’s nice and normal.
Nature has a nice way of keeping us all grounded. Whether it’s a presidential election, a 2008 financial crisis, the revolution of the automotive industry, a 2020 world pandemic – plants start growing when the soil temperature hits 50 and that’s going to be upon us soon.
While the landscape work has its challenges (e.g., weather, soil conditions, insects, diseases, ever-increasing government regulations), I’m thankful we can trust Nature to unfold as it does every year. I bet Spring will follow Winter, just like my Witch Hazel is telling me.
We’re thankful to you, for putting your trust in our work year after year.
Regardless of what this year brings, we’re going to keep it nice and normal.
Best,
Bill
